Strange Land by Daniel Rofer

Strange Land is a collection of fifteen pieces that approaches the most important technical aspects of the piano repertoire. The pieces communicate through musical imagination and with rich illustrations.

This album was designed to be an option for students who are beginning the piano repertoire, providing short pieces that give students a feeling of achievement. The range level, however, is wide. These pieces can be used with absolute beginners (March), or with intermediate players learning about galant style (Steps to Heaven), or even more advanced students (The Creepy House). Strange Land has been used in piano group lessons in New York City and New Jersey schools.

MIDI performances by the composer are included!
