Dryspell (Level 8) Imagine a summer drought with cracked earth, unending heat, the buzzing den of insects and warm dry breezes clanging and creaking metal shed doors, wind mills and wind chimes. It seems that it will never rain again. Hopeful but empty, dark clouds pass through, and everyone waits… until the performer breaks the spell with a final improvisational rainfall. MIDI performance by the composer included!
