Drizzle (Level 7) is a slightly jazzy and bittersweet ode to a rainy day where one stays in bed just a little longer or curls up with a good book. The use of frequent parallel 6ths in the lyrical RH melody along with the slower tempo makes for manageable study of legato line and voicing. Listen for the sighs and create the picture of raindrops sliding down a window. MIDI performance by the composer included!
