Grieg: Two Lyric Pieces for One Hand – Arranged by Fritz Teichmann

Edvard Grieg (1843-1907) wrote a collection of 66 piano pieces called Lyric Pieces. Although this work is a favorite among pianists, the arrangement of some of the Lyric Pieces for one hand alone by Fritz Teichmann is rather unknown.

This interactive edition presents two Lyric Pieces by Grieg arranged for one hand by Teichmann: Wächterlied, Op. 12, nº 3 and Solvejgs Wiegenlied (Peer Gynt Op. 23). Both pieces have two versions: one with fingering for the right hand andthe other for the left hand. Includes a MIDI performance by Daiane Raatz.
